Voice Hug — Terms of Use

You must be an adult (the age of majority in your country) to create an account. The App is intended for use by parents and caregivers to create stories for children under their supervision.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time within the App.

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g. Basic and Premium weekly plans) and optional one-time token packs.
• Tokens are an in-app currency used to generate stories and clone voices. Token costs vary by story type and length and may change over time. Tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions grant a periodic token allotment and access to features such as premium voices and voice cloning.
• Billing & renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
• Deleting your in-app account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your device settings.

If you use voice cloning, you confirm that you have the right to record and use that voice, and that you have the consent of the person whose voice is recorded. Do not record or clone anyone's voice without their permission. You are responsible for the content you create.

You agree not to use the App to create unlawful, harmful, hateful, or abusive content; to infringe others' rights; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or to misuse another person's voice or likeness. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Stories you generate are for your personal, non-commercial family use. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, appropriate for every child, or error-free; please review stories before sharing them with your child.

The App relies on third-party services and may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued at any time. Features and pricing may change. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Lumo Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
