How do I create a story?+
On the Home screen, type a few words (a favorite animal, place, or idea), choose a length, and tap Generate. Your story is created and can be read as text or narrated aloud.
How does voice cloning work?+
Voice cloning is a Premium feature. Go to the Voices tab and tap "Record new voice" to record a short sample. Once saved, you can choose your cloned voice to narrate stories. You can keep up to three cloned voices and delete them anytime.
What are tokens?+
Tokens are used to create stories and clone voices. Text stories cost fewer tokens; narrated stories and voice cloning cost more. Subscribers receive a weekly token allowance and can buy optional top-up packs.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play, not inside the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Note that deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it there first.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, child profiles, stories, and cloned voices.
A story won't play / "couldn't load audio"+
This is usually a brief network hiccup or the audio still finishing up. Tap back, reopen the story, and try again. If it persists, restart the app, and contact us if it continues.
